Choose the problem you want to solve
A useful comparison needs a defined task, a recorded setup and more than one attempt. The NBA worksheets remain focused on shot feedback. For other games, record the hero, weapon, equipment or movement state that makes the task repeatable.
| Starting point | What to check |
|---|---|
| Pick a task | A single aim, movement or interaction task is easier to compare than an entire match. |
| Keep the conditions | The hero in Overwatch, loadout in THE FINALS and equipment in ARC Raiders belong in the record. |
| Read the result honestly | These plans organize observations. They do not measure controller-to-screen delay or produce an accuracy guarantee. |
Find your game guide
The library starts with 15 game-specific guides. Each detailed article has one home so its instructions can stay current. Choose the game, then follow the task-specific reference rather than copying a preset across titles.
Checking another game
- Write a short task you can repeat: the same action, target and starting position, rather than a score from an entire match.
- Record platform, controller, layout, game version and the relevant player, hero or loadout. Define what counts as an observation before changing the setup.
- Take a baseline group, change one item, then repeat. Keep changed game conditions in a separate record instead of treating them as proof that the controller is faster.
Use the current game and platform documentation for requirements that can change. A guide for another title is a method for checking an input, not a compatibility guarantee.
A useful question before the next change
Does a better result prove lower input delay?
No. A short gameplay comparison records observations under the stated conditions. Measuring controller-to-screen delay requires a different controlled measurement.
Which games does this edition cover?
There are 15 game-specific references in this edition and a checklist above for another title. Call of Duty is outside the library. ERA remains an NBA 2K27 product.
